asian vinaigrette

 
Ingredients -
5 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Light Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sugar
3 Drops Sesame Oil
1/8 Teaspoon Freshly Ground White Pepper, (or to taste)
 
Preparation:

1. Mix together all of the ingredients, in a small bowl.

2. Serve over salad.

Olive Oil

Olive oil comes in a wide variety of origins and brands. The result can make purchasing olive oil difficult. It also means finding olive oils you like for eating right out of the bottle, versus different oils you may want to use for cooking.

Storing Asparagus

Never wash asparagus before storing it. Trim fresh asparagus and store loosely wrapped in the refrigerator.
