1-1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation:
1. Whisk together the oil, mustard, vinegar and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Serve with salad.
