Greek style vinaigrette

 
Ingredients -
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano, snipped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/8 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
 
Preparation:

1. In a screw-top jar, combine all of the ingredients.

2. Cover and shake well.

3. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons dressing over each salad.
