3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Dry Oregano
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into serving container.
4. Refrigerate Greek vinaigrette until ready to serve.
