honey mustard vinaigrette

 
Ingredients -
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
2 tablespoons Honey
 
Preparation:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

2. Gradually whisk in oil, vinegar, water and honey until thickened and smooth.

3. Pour into jar; secure lid.

4. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

5. Shake honey mustard vinaigrette well before using.
