Italian vinaigrette

 
Ingredients -
1/3 Cup Wine Vinegar
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano
1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Basil
2 Drops Tabasco
2/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 
Preparation:

1. In a container with a tight fitting lid, add all of the ingredients and shake well.

Resembling baby romaine, little gem is great for salads and for use in appetizers, often acting as a serving dish for a variety of small offerings.
