mango chutney vinaigrette

 
Ingredients -
3/4 Cup Mango Chutney
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil
1 Teaspoon Honey
1/4 Cup Fresh Mint, chopped
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Soy Sauce, to taste
Lemon Zest, to taste
 
Preparation:

1. In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients and puree until smooth.

2. Taste and adjust the seasonings.

3. Stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

4. Stir or shake well just before using.

Chinese Cabbage

Chinese cabbage has long stiff pale green leaves are a nice addition to salads, soups and stir-fry dishes.
