1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/8 cup Honey
1/8 cup Dijon Mustard
1 small clove Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
Preparation:
1. In a blender, mix all ingredients together.
2. Slowly drizzle in the oil, blending constantly, until thickened.
