1 clove Garlic, smashed
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
5-6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
pinch of Dried Parsley
pinch of Dried Thyme
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. In small bowl, add vinegar, garlic, mustard and mix well.
2. Slowly whisk in olive oil.
3. Add parsley and thyme, salt and pepper, taste mustard vinaigrette and adjust seasonings.
