Balsamic Vinaigrette |

Ingredients: |

1 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 to 5 cloves Garlic, minced
3 tablespoons. Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste |

Preparation: |

Whisk together vinegar, garlic and grated cheese.
Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly, until thickened. Adjust the seasonings
to taste.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Bring balsamic vinaigrette to room temperature before using. |
