3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Dry Oregano
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped |

Preparation: |

Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into serving container.
Refrigerate greek vinaigrette until ready to serve.
