Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

   
  Ingredients:
  2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
2 tablespoons Honey
   
  Preparation:
  In a medium bowl, whisk together mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

Gradually whisk in oil, vinegar, water and honey until thickened and smooth.

Pour into jar; secure lid.

Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

Shake honey mustard vinaigrette well before using.
