Mango Vinaigrette

   
  Ingredients:
  1 Mango, peeled and chopped
Grated Zest and Juice of 1 Lime
1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/3 cup Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Honey Mustard
1 cup light Olive Oil
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
   
  Preparation:
  Place mango and remaining ingredients, except oil, salt, and pepper, in a blender and puree.

With blender running, drizzle in the oil.

Add the salt and pepper.

Serve mango vinaigrette at room temperature.
