Peanut Vinaigrette

   
  Ingredients:
  1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts, unsalted
3 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Hot Chili Oil
1/4 cup Peanut Oil
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
   
  Preparation:
  Chop the peanuts in a blender or food processor; set aside.

Combine the vinegar with the soy sauce in a bowl.

Whisk in the oils until blended. Stir the chopped peanuts into the peanut vinaigrette.
