Pomegranate Vinaigrette

   
  Ingredients:
  1 1/2 cups Pomegranate Juice
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Orange Juice
4 teaspoon Fresh Chopped Mint
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil
   
  Preparation:
  In a blender, place pomegranate juice, water, orange juice, mint, mustard, and salt, and blend for 30 seconds.

While the machine is running, add both of the oils in a slow steady stream, and continue to process the mixture an additional 1 minute.

Serve pomegranate vinaigrette at room temperature.
